MonumentAll is a complete software solution created and developed to maximize your operating efficiences specifically
for Monument Companies. MonumentAll is designed to eliminate redundancy with order entry and track complex
granite processing. This software package provides a completely automated granite order entry system, use simple
drop-down boxes to select the vendor and granite type for your estimate or order, enter the dimensions and type of
monument (die, base, grassmarker, etc.), input the lettering and sandblast information, the program then calculates
for you all the costs, weight, shipping, salespeople commissions, taxes, order total, etc. Once that order has been
initated, it can be permanently tracked from drawing to receiving to shop work to foundation to being set at the
cemetery. It also manages all payments and pending balances to the end of the process. An inventory package
specially organized for granite is also integrated. The program is designed to handle multiple county taxes rates,
numerous salespeople with different commission rates, and companies with multiple offices. The creative reports
include Work in Progress, Accounts Receivable, Client Deposits, Inventory, Commissions pending, Commissions paid,
Use Tax tracking, Total Sales and Gross Profit Calculations by user adjustable time intervals. McDowell Technologies
